The cayenne pepper is a type of Capsicum annuum. It is usually a hot chili pepper used to flavor disches. Cayenne peppers are a group of tapering, 10 to 25 cm long, generally skinny, mostly red-colored peppers, often with a curved tip and somewhat ripped skin, which hang from the bush as opposed to growing upright.
Cayenne pepper is beneficial for cardiovascular health. It stimulates blood circulation, helps regulate blood pressure, and has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the risk of heart disease. It also helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides.

THE BASIS OF OUR AVOCADO OIL
DOC GREENLAND avocado oil is produced from the following varieties:
Hass and Anahell.
These natural avocados produce particularly high levels of oil, they ripe quickly and require smaller growing areas compared to other varieties. Avocados produced at Bangang Fokam grow for several years on perennial. The trees are evergreen with blue to dark green leaves and yellow-green flowers. The fruit can remain on the tree for up to six months before falling or being harvested. Up to 1,500 Kg of natural avocado can be harvested from a single tree.

AVOCADO OIL PRODUCTION (From2028)
Avocados are pressed locally in our factory in the West of Cameroon in Bagang Fokam and processed into high- quality, sustainable natural oil. The quality of the fruit (avocado) largely determines the quality of the final product. For virgin oil production, the quality of the avocados, their storage and the sophisticated, gentle processing are important for a high- quality final product.
The production of this product (avocado oil) provides the region with additional source of income and protects small farmers from the effects of climate change. We create jobs in the rural area in this region of Cameroon and can thus reduce rural exodus. Sustainable agriculture and increased income contribute significantly to improving the standard of living of citizens in the locality.
